Terms Of Use

SIA "Krone Art", REGISTRATION NO. 40203501522, ADDRESS: Tukuma nov., Jaunpils pag., Jaunpils, "Dzīles" - 9, LV-3145, hereinafter referred to as the online store, provides the content available on the website and offers services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.
1. General Provisions
If a consumer purchases services through the website, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the “Consumer Rights Protection Law” of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” and others.
2. Making a Purchase
The prices and specifications of services sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the required fields. The total cost of the order will then be displayed on the screen. Proceed with payment to complete the order.
3. Payment Terms
The currency used on the website is euros. Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform stripe.com, Stripe Inc.:
- Visa/Mastercard card payments
Personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the licensed payment institution Stripe Inc.
The contract enters into force upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the notification.
4. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data
The online store processes only the personal data entered by the buyer when ordering a service, such as name, surname, email address, etc.
If you have clearly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including newsletters, we may occasionally contact you with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process your email address provided when signing up for marketing communications. The buyer can opt out of marketing messages by notifying us via email at info@kroneart.com.
5. Dispute Resolution Procedure
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller agree to comply with the regulatory enactments in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The Parties shall resolve all disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties shall resolve the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with Latvian legal regulations. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be submitted for resolution to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer also has the right to apply to European Union dispute resolution bodies.
6. Updates to the Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The effective date will be shown at the beginning of this document.
